For leadership teams and founders

Navigating
Big Change.

Some seasons in a business call for more than a plan. A leadership shift. A new direction. A moment when the way things have always worked stops fitting where you're headed. We work alongside founders and executive teams to bring clarity to the decision, the message, and the path through it.

Change shows up
in a few familiar shapes.

Every leadership team we've worked with has recognized their moment in one of these. Naming it clearly is usually the first real step forward.

A leadership transition

New leadership, a new mandate, or a team figuring out how to work together differently. The org chart changed before the way people actually operate caught up.

A shift in direction

A new strategy, a new market, a new way of delivering the work. The decision has been made. What's less clear is how to bring the rest of the organization along with it.

A system or process the business has outgrown

The tools, the workflows, or the structure that worked at an earlier stage are creating friction now. Everyone feels it. Few people have the time to step back and redesign it.

How this actually works.

This isn't a framework applied from the outside. It's a working relationship, built around understanding your specific situation before we recommend anything.

01
Understand the real situation

Time with leadership and the people closest to the change, to see what's actually happening beneath the org chart and the strategy deck.

02
Build a clear path forward

A plan for the decisions, the sequencing, and the communication that need to happen, scoped to what your team can actually carry.

03
Stay close through execution

Ongoing guidance as the change unfolds, adjusting as new information comes in rather than handing over a static plan and stepping away.

What you'll walk away with.

Every engagement looks different, because the work follows what your business actually needs. Here's a sample of what change work typically includes.

A clear read on what's really going on

Time with leadership and the people closest to the change, translated into a plain-language diagnosis of what's driving the friction.

A leadership alignment session

Time together to get the team rowing in the same direction, with the harder conversations surfaced early rather than later.

A change and communication plan

A sequenced plan for the decisions, the messaging, and the timing, built around what your team can realistically carry.

Materials your team can actually use

Whatever the moment calls for: talking points, a rollout guide, training materials, or a simple playbook people can come back to.

Ongoing guidance as it unfolds

Check-ins through the engagement to adjust the plan as new information comes in, rather than a document handed over and forgotten.

This work is built for small and mid-sized organizations that want senior-level change expertise, delivered with the focus and hands-on attention a growing organization actually needs.

What it takes to move forward.

Every engagement is scoped individually to the size and complexity of the change, so pricing depends on your specific situation. We only take on a handful of these each quarter, so timing matters if you're ready to move now.
